Who we are and Marc himself
RnL Home Innovations is a home remodeling company owned and operated by Marc Rusin. Fully licensed and insured serving all of Union County, New Jersey, since 2017.
Marc originally began his career as a carpenter in the New Jersey Carpenters Union. He began working for a local construction company directly out of high school. Soon after that he headed straight for the city working for Red Hook Construction LLC. After showing dedication and knowledge of both the trade and the company he became a project manager. Marc quickly realized that he had what it took to establish his own construction company. Marc being hard working, committed and passionate about his work he decided to venture out on his own in 2017.

We will turn your project into the vision of your dreams. Before we begin we will have pre construction planning. This is a crucial part of any project. It uncovers any underlying issues that may arise during the process of completing a project. We begin by providing you with a free estimate and a consultation to explain all of your options and answer any of your questions. We work closely with each client, subcontractor and any other party to make sure we are meeting and exceeding expectations. We strive to provide great customer service and clear communication so that you can understand the progress of your job at every phase. During this time we will also discuss premit requirements, time lines and scheduling, bugets, payments, design, subcontractor selections, potential delays, materials, suppliers and change orders. We will go through EVERYTHING step by step to ensure that the process of completing the job operates smoothly.

POST CONSTRUCTION
Final phase
During the final phase of construction final payments are due, maybe your job required permits and at this point all are passed and approved. The jobsite is now being clean out and your almost ready to enjoy your new space!
